Our organic red lentil soup only contains selected organic ingredients from regional producers or retailers. In addition to red lentils, these include fresh tomatoes, coconut milk, onions and spices such as turmeric and chili. This warms you from the inside and is filling even without any side dishes.

Hearty, healthy food in seconds

It couldn't be easier: unscrew the glass, remove the soup and heat it up. Your full meal or afternoon snack is ready. Just spooning the soup doesn't feel like enough? Understood. Then just grab some bread, a roll or a portion of rice. This will keep you full and happy for a really long time.

Preparation of our red lentil and coconut soup

We and our volunteers always prepare our red lentil soup with a lot of love and care. After we have cleaned all the ingredients properly, we let them cook for a certain time. Once everything is nicely cooked and soft, it is pureed into a fine soup and seasoned.

To ensure that any red lentil spores are killed, we cook our red lentil soup with coconut milk a day later before bottling it.
