You have the plan, we provide the location
Should you and/or your team members give presentations? Are you gathering for an important conference? Flipcharts etc. shouldn't be missing from your event to record important findings and new information? Would you like to strengthen your team spirit? Here we go! Our various rooms allow you and your team to work undisturbed in a quiet and green environment that stimulates creativity and keeps concentration high.
Together we will discuss the needs of your team event as well as the number of participants in order to be able to create the best possible offer for you. Depending on the size of your team, different rooms are available to you.
Here is an overview:
- Show kitchen for up to 20 people
- Café up to 30 people
- Hall for up to 40 people
- Barn up to 50 people
A projector and screen required for presentations is only available in our large hall on the upper floor of the main building. There is also a 55-inch television in our café on the ground floor, which can also be used for presentations. If this is the focus of your team event, we recommend using one of these two locations.
Seating and catering for your team event
Whether you do it yourself or use the services we offer, the decision is entirely up to you. In order to save you the preparation and to be able to enjoy the service on site, we offer you various packages that can be booked additionally. However, if you don't want that, that's no problem. We discuss your ideas and wishes individually.
Seating within the selected space
The seating and setup of our conference tables is done by arrangement. You are welcome to lend a hand here and create your perfect setup yourself. Otherwise, we would be happy to set up in a U-shape, circle of chairs, plenum or work island. The metaplan and flipchart are definitely available and waiting for you to use them. We only ask you to bring your own consumables.
Catering during the team event
Here, too, you decide for yourself about the scope of our services. You are welcome to bring both drinks and food for self-catering. However, drinks can also be ordered on commission upon request. We are also happy to serve a cold buffet with drinks. The corresponding package can be discussed with us and booked. This means you no longer have to worry about having enough food during your intensive sessions.
Exterior of the location
You will probably mainly stay in the chosen room during the team event. However, you also have the opportunity to use our garden terrace and/or our outdoor areas for team-building activities. The same applies here: Talk to us and we can plan further.
Parking for employees shouldn't be a problem either. There are 12 parking spaces directly in front of our main building. If more parking spaces are necessary, there are additional parking spaces in the adjacent paddock.
Our premises are briefly introduced
To make it easier for you to decide on one of our rooms, we will briefly and briefly introduce you to the locations we have to offer. After all, the right environment for your team event makes a lot of difference. Bright, friendly, cozy and quiet: that's what you get in all of our rooms. But see for yourself which room it can be for your event.
Our fine show kitchen
The show kitchen on the upper floor of our main building is the smallest room in our repertoire. With up to 20 people you can brainstorm in peace and exchange interesting facts. You can do this particularly well thanks to the bright and warm atmosphere of the room. As already described, the seating as well as food and drinks can be provided and prepared by us. A metaplan board and a flipchart are also available and can be provided by us (without consumables).
Our rustic café full of charm
Our café is the heart of our main building. Located in the middle of greenery, we have lovely wooden furnishings, exposed wooden beams and lots of windows for natural light. The chairs and tables can be set up individually according to your needs and there is also enough space for meals. With just a few steps you can stand on our forecourt or outdoor area to stretch your legs during breaks or do team building together.
In total, our courtyard café can accommodate up to 30 people. Thanks to the wonderful peace and quiet around our premises, you will find enough peace and focus for your team event and the upcoming strategic planning. Here too, we are of course happy to provide you with a flipchart or a metaplan board so that you can record your findings and ideas. You can easily and conveniently use our existing television for presentations.
Our large hall
Our large hall on the upper floor of our main building is probably the best room for presentations and larger numbers of up to 40 members. The hall not only has numerous large windows that provide lots of light, but also warm wooden elements that create a calming atmosphere create. The best conditions to start your team event productively.
This room in particular also offers many seating options. For example, if you are thinking about work islands, there will definitely be enough space in the hall. And the same applies here: Food and drink can be provided so that you can fully concentrate on your sessions.
The biggest plus of our hall: projector and screen. Presentations and diagrams can be easily displayed in this room thanks to the technology available.
Our cozy party barn with plenty of space
With direct views and access to our outdoor spaces, our barn, located close to the main building, offers an open but slightly more private character. It is characterized by its size (up to 50 people) and the numerous construction options. Various stations, but also work islands and chair circles, can be easily implemented. And here too there are warm wooden elements that give the concentrated working atmosphere of your team event a balancing touch. Of course, we can also provide you with food and work equipment in our barn.

Which rooms are available for our team event?
Our property in Poppendorf offers four different locations that can be booked depending on the number of participants. These would be: The show kitchen on the ground floor (up to 20 team members), the café adjacent on the ground floor (up to 30 team members), the large hall on the upper floor (up to 40 team members) or our barn located not far from the main building (up to 50 team members). Depending on how many employees you want to host your team event with and which stations and program items you have planned, different rooms are recommended.
Can meals be booked additionally?
When it comes to food and drinks: agreement makes it possible. Whether you prefer to bring everything yourself, we provide the drinks on commission or a cold buffet with drinks - together we will find the perfect solution for you. This means you can concentrate on your team event without any stress.
We need a projector with a screen, a metaplan board or a flipchart. Is this available locally?
We can say yes to all three points. A metaplan wall and a flipchart are possible in all rooms on our premises. However, you should bring your own supplies such as pens and paper. We can also provide a projector and screen, but only in our large hall in the main building.
