What makes our organic Bolognese sauce so special?

We prepare our Bolognese sauce for you with a lot of love and care - according to a traditional recipe. We only use organic quality products and, whenever possible, from regional producers and retailers.

As the basis for our popular pasta sauce, we first make the so-called soffritto, which consists of onions, carrots and celery. At the same time, we fry the minced beef, deglaze it with white wine and add the crushed tomatoes. Finally, the soffritto is stirred in, the Bolognese is seasoned and the dish is given a subtle garlic note.

We can only rave about how tempting the sauce already looks and smells. However, for an even more intense taste, we let our Bolognese simmer for about two more hours before filling it by hand into our 300 g or 600 g jars and boiling it down for preservation.
