Above all, our fresh strawberries, which – surprise – are mainly made of our strawberry chutney. In addition to the strawberries, our regional producers or dealers also supply, among other things, chili flakes, onions, ginger and various spices for the best chutney with a slightly spicy note.

How our homemade strawberry chili chutney is made

The preparation itself is pretty straightforward, but takes a few hours. But let's start from the beginning: First we carefully clean all the ingredients, chop them up and mix everything with cane sugar and white wine vinegar. The mixture is then boiled down for several hours while stirring constantly and seasoned again after it has cooled down. Finally, we fill the finished organic strawberry chutney into glasses by hand.
