Creamy peanut sauce made in-house

Our organic peanut sauce is not only incredibly aromatic and creamy, but also very versatile. You can enjoy them on their own – spooned straight from the jar or spread on bread – or use them in sweet dishes. Smoothies or mueslis, for example, are suitable for this.

But our peanut sauce wouldn't be our peanut sauce if it wasn't also savory. Dishes with pasta, chicken or vegetables are also ideal for the nutty and spicy taste of our sauce.

What ingredients does your organic peanut sauce consist of exactly?

Big talk and nothing behind it? Not with us! Only the best products are used in our homemade peanut sauce. Always in organic quality and largely from regional producers or retailers. And not only that: a lot of love and care can also be found in our organic peanut sauce.

What does that mean in detail? Creamy organic peanut butter, mild honey, intense curry and chili flakes round off our sauce. A mix of ingredients that is convincing on its own or when eaten.

How can you imagine preserving?

In our farm kitchen in Poppendorf near Rostock we have the opportunity to produce our homemade products. There is enough space and the necessary resources. We also bring together our hard-working volunteers here who not only help us with cooking, but also with our mission: to combat loneliness in old age.

In the case of our organic peanut sauce it looks like this. All ingredients of our sauce are first carefully prepared for further processing. They are then cooked over medium heat until a wonderfully creamy mass is formed. We cook this down and then pour the finished peanut sauce into our jars by hand.

Finally, our aromatic peanut sauce ends up in your kitchen. Not only did you prepare a quick and delicious meal, but you also supported a good cause.
